Owner & Director

Mick Tully

Drawing on decades of leadership and operational experience across heavy industry and construction related sectors, Mick oversees business operations and strategic growth across Cava Scaffold Solutions. Raised on a cattle property in Western Queensland, Mick developed a strong work ethic, resilience and practical mindset from an early age. In 2003, he founded CAVA Hydraulics, successfully growing the business into a large scale operation employing more than 120 staff across Queensland. Today, Mick plays a key role in guiding the ongoing growth and direction of Cava Scaffold Solutions, with a strong focus on accountability, operational performance and maintaining high standards across the business.

Ricky Lowe

With more than 20 years of scaffolding industry experience, Ricky oversees project delivery, operational performance and client relationships across commercial, industrial, civil and mining projects. Ricky has worked across all areas of scaffolding operations throughout Queensland, developing strong hands on experience delivering practical and efficient scaffold solutions across a range of sectors and environments. As Co Owner and Director of Cava Scaffold Solutions, Ricky works closely with clients, project managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Operations Manager

Marcus Varley

Marcus has built strong experience across scaffolding operations, boilermaking and project coordination, overseeing the day to day planning and delivery of projects across the business. Originally from Mount Isa, Marcus began his career as a boilermaker before transitioning into the scaffolding industry in 2016. After joining CAVA Hydraulics in 2018, he continued building operational and leadership experience across a range of scaffold projects. Marcus plays an important role in coordinating teams, managing project logistics and maintaining strong safety and performance standards across all works. Known for his practical approach and strong work ethic, he is focused on delivering reliable outcomes for both clients and site teams.

Contract Administrator

Daniel Page

Daniel supports project coordination, operational processes and day to day administration across the business, drawing on qualifications in construction, design and urban development. Daniel contributes across both operational and administrative areas of the business, assisting with project documentation, communication and delivery support. His organised approach and attention to detail help maintain efficient systems, clear communication and the smooth coordination of projects from planning through to delivery.

Office Manager

Tania Beard

Tania oversees accounts, payroll, compliance and financial administration across the business, supported by more than 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. Supported by formal qualifications in accounting, Tania plays a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the business across both office administration and financial management. Her experience within the construction, service and retail industries allows her to maintain efficient financial systems, accurate reporting and strong administrative processes while supporting both office operations and project teams.
